Easter

Easter was a plentiful holiday for us this year, especially Lucy. Lucy actually went on three egg hunts on Sunday. The big one was with the extended family at my Aunt Linda's house. Lucy's basket was so full that the eggs kept falling out. After looking for and finding all the eggs, Lucy looked at me and asked where all the eggs had gone. As she wandered around to find more, with Easter basket in hand, Dave would swipe 2-3 eggs out of her basket when she was not looking and rehide them. She joyfully continued this charade, and even after discovering Daddy's trick (after about 5 minutes or so), she asked him if he was pretending to be the Easter bunny. Ahh, the sweet innocence of children. Believe it or not, we have managed to keep her from eating all of the candy, in fact I think she has forgotten about it all together (which does not disappoint her chocoholic father at all). Anna was a trooper all day. She even clung to her little bunny in honor of the day.
